Benefit Partners is an Ontario based multi-disciplinary employee benefits, pension and human resources consulting firm. Our consultants work with over 300 public and private sector organizations ranging from 5 to 5,000 employees, with an additional several hundred individual clients. We assist in the design, implementation, and in some instances the administration of various types of employee benefit programs, pension programs and personal financial plans. We adopt a team approach to each client's mandate in order to ensure the maximum application of the required resources and the continuity of client service at all times. Benefit Partners has been providing a variety of consulting services to large private and public-sector organizations and individuals for over 30 years. A specific example of the scope of work undertaken by Benefit Partners includes the creation, implementation and ongoing management of the Big Company Advantage™ program for employee benefits. Specifically designed for our association mandated clients, the Big Company Advantage™ helps member firms save significant money on their benefits plan by getting insurance companies to treat them like a big company!
The Big Company Advantage™ benefit program was first introduced to the Consulting Engineers of Ontario (CEO). Now, we provide service to over 70 consulting engineering firms in the province of Ontario. Given the tremendous pressures on engineering firms to recruit and retain highly skilled employees, our work in this area has involved developing benefit plans that are highly sophisticated and an integral part of an employee's total compensation program. We work with the employees to help them better understand the value of these plans.
We have also been responsible for introducing the Big Company Advantage™ plan for employee benefits to The Employers Co-operative (TEC). TEC is an association made of employers who have banded together for the purpose of procuring unrivaled business value for its member companies and their employees. The Big Company Advantage™ was and continues to be a perfect fit for this association mandate.
